Are we able to set age-based reminders for users to update their compliance requirements in Op Central?
For example, when a user turns 18, they may need to get a Working With Children's Check or First Aid certification in order to continue working.
Custom fields allow you to keep on top of regulatory requirements. You can set up a custom field to remind this user and/or their manager/franchisee at that location that compliance requirements need updating. You can even set the reminder to occur a couple of days before they come of age in order to ensure the compliance requirements are up-to-date before it's too late.
