Op Central's $2,000,000 relief fund has been established to assist groups impacted by COVID.
Op Central is an Australian owned software company, with a cloud based system to help franchisors provide support and resources to their franchisees and staff.
Our software and systems drive network-wide improvements in compliance, internal communication, HR practices and the often challenging relationships between franchisors and their franchisees.
Since COVID restrictions began back March, franchisors have been using Op Central in record volumes to provide their franchisees with support, information and operational guidance.
When franchisors update a policy or procedure, relevant people are notified and required to sign-off to confirm that they’ve read the update. Quiz questions can be included to ensure that each update has been understood.
Staff and franchisees are sent a recurring monthly / weekly engagement survey to provide their business with valuable insights into how everybody is feeling, and where they may need further support or resources.
In an effort to reduce face-to-face site visits, franchisors have been encouraging franchisees to use our ‘self-audit’ feature. They simply fill in a pre-built form, with each question needing a verification photo to be uploaded.
Our way of supporting franchisors so that they can support their franchisees during COVID.
Background

Distribution
The relief fund provides free access to Op Central's software for affected franchise groups as follows:
This will provide between $4,000 & $80,000 in fee waivers and concessions (depending on group size). More importantly it represents a rare chance to adopt the gold standard at no cost.
Eligibility
The industries eligible for the full concessions above are;
Franchise groups outside of these industries are still encouraged to apply, as those applicants will still be assessed on a case by case basis.
